Established in 2019, ABSL is a support services agency committed to client empowerment. This is achieved by building and nurturing authentic relationships with our clients and their families.

Our Staff
At ABSL, we employ HQSC (Qualified Staff and Caregivers), who are trustworthy, reliable, empathetic, and regularly undergo professional development training. Each caregiver is vetted and has passed all required background checks and registries. CPR and First Aid trainings are annually provided and renewed, in conjunction with our commitment to providing optimal service & care.

In the Community
We participate in many different types of community activities such as Special Olympics, sporting events, dance classes, volunteer opportunities, video games, church events, concerts, exercise/working out, trips to the library, karaoke, jewelry making, sewing, Cedar Point, zoo, spa days, board games, shopping, movies, go-karts, and bowling - just to name a few!
We provide our consumers with a monthly calendar of events to ensure they have a variety of activities to choose from. We can help you build skills in areas such as reading, business operation, filming, photography, gardening, computers, safety awareness, arts & crafts, basic math, basic jewelry making, nail art, GED preparation, cooking, money management, time management, grocery shopping, personal care, and laundry.

We work with the team to provide specialized and individualized services and supports that cater to the individual’s specific needs and desires. We have worked with people with behavioral challenges and understand that being proactive when possible, providing appropriate re-direction and consistency from staff can make all the difference.
